- I was the assisstant naturalist for Beavers Bend Nature Center from May of 2009 to July 2010. I now maintain the blog for the Nature Center as part of our Friends of Beavers Bend group. The Friends of Beavers Bend is a non-profit group that raises funds for the park to provide the materials and equipment for the majority of our programs.
